The Chrysalis Academy has extended a remarkable opportunity for young men aged 18 to 25 in the Western Cape to transform their lives. Applications for the 24 ALPHA male course commenced on October 16th, 2023, with the deadline set for November 17th, 2023, for the May 2024 intake. Since its establishment in 2000 by the Western Cape Government, the Chrysalis Academy has positively impacted over 10,000 graduates through its comprehensive curriculum and skill development programs.

The Academy has specific selection criteria aimed at accommodating young men who have completed at least grade 9 in a mainstream school, are currently unemployed, unenrolled in education or training, and have a clean criminal record.
