Discover Yourself with the Summer Renew Beginner Yoga Series

Are you feeling hesitant about trying yoga? Do you think yoga may not be suitable for you? The Summer Renew Beginner Yoga Series is here to eliminate these doubts and welcome everyone to experience the world of yoga. This five-week workshop is tailored specifically for beginners and is set to begin on October 25th. The series aims to introduce you to the many benefits of yoga.

Meet the Teacher

Suzanne, the founder and head teacher at All About Yoga, will host the Summer Renew Beginner Yoga Series. Her passion for yoga started after the birth of her third child, as she found solace in yoga’s flowing movements and kinetic learning. Over time, her practice evolved and provided her with support during challenging periods, such as her son’s autism diagnosis.
