Embracing the Platform Economy for Inclusive Growth and Digital Transformation

The 15th Annual Govtech Conference, centered around the theme “Platform Economy for Digital Transformation and Inclusive Growth,” focused on the potential of the platform economy to drive change in various sectors. The KwaZulu-Natal government’s adoption of the KwaZulu-Natal Digital Transformation Strategy (2020-2025) demonstrated a commitment to provide equal access to opportunities and resources for marginalized communities. The strategy focuses on six strategic priorities: Connectivity, Digital Skilling, Information Management, Knowledge Management and Security, Process Automation, Systems Integration, and Digitisation.
