The eThekwini Business Seminar is a collaborative effort between the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic), the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Economic Development, Tourism, and Environmental Affairs (KZN EDTEA), and the eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality.
