On July 28th, the City’s Human Resource department will present exciting career paths, bursaries, internships, and job-shadowing opportunities to learners.
On August 1st, top-performing students and lecturers from local universities will share their knowledge and experiences during learning exchange presentations.
On August 2nd, a public presentation will shed light on the City’s approach to managing population growth and development.
As more people move to Cape Town in search of better lives and opportunities, the City is committed to managing this growth responsibly. Spatial development frameworks, reviewed and revised over the past two years, will play a vital role in creating a more equitable and livable city that balances access to opportunities with environmental protection and cultural heritage.
According to the City’s Deputy Mayor and Mayoral Committee Member for Spatial Planning and Environment, Alderman Eddie Andrews, the expo is an opportunity for residents, learners, business professionals, and those involved in the urban realm to understand the collective effort required to shape the city’s future.
