Honoring Africa’s Business Trailblazers at the 11th All Africa Business Leader Awards

Deputy President Paul Mashatile has confirmed his attendance and will serve as the keynote speaker at the 11th All Africa Business Leader Awards (AABLA™). The event will take place on June 23, 2023, at the Sun City Resort in the North West Province. The AABLA celebrates and recognizes the accomplishments of African business leaders who have made significant contributions to their companies, industries, and communities.

The AABLA aims to recognize and honor the diligence and dedication of influential business leaders across the continent. The awards ceremony brings together government officials, ambassadors, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and key African organizations and individuals. Keynote Address and Importance of the Business Community

Deputy President Paul Mashatile will deliver the keynote address at the AABLA. He will emphasize the important role that the business community plays in addressing the challenges facing Africa. Mashatile will also encourage business leaders to take advantage of the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA) to stimulate intra-Africa trade.

As a strong advocate for young people, Deputy President Mashatile will remind leaders not to overlook the younger generation. He will highlight the value that youth bring to unlocking Africa’s economic growth potential. Empowering and supporting the youth can uplift millions of people out of poverty and create a brighter future for all.

Accreditation and Event Details

The AABLA will take place on June 23, 2023, at the Sun City Resort in the North West Province, starting at 18h00. Members of the media must confirm their attendance for accreditation purposes with Ms. Linah Ledwaba (The Presidency) and Ms. Yolande Du Toit (CNBC Africa) by June 23, 2023, at 16h00.
