Former Orlando Pirates winger, Mahlatse Makudubela, has made a surprising move to Tanzanian side, Young Africans, after Marumo Gallants were relegated to a lower division.

Signing with Young Africans

Following the departure of many players from Marumo Gallants, Makudubela became a free agent and decided to join Young Africans. The winger turned down interest from Moroka Swallows for a fresh start in East Africa.

Marumo Gallants’ Players’ Moves

Other former Marumo Gallants players have also sought new opportunities, including Lucky Mohomi, who signed with Richards Bay, and Ranga Chivaviro, who joined Kaizer Chiefs, despite reports of him signing with Richards Bay. Other former Gallants players have found their way to top-tier clubs, such as Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns.
