The organization must adhere to the regulations stipulated by the Population Certificate. Additionally, compliance with all health and safety guidelines is obligatory. The organization must be open to site evaluations from multiple City departments and have an approved construction plan. They are also required to submit a preliminary floor plan for the additional sleeping spaces and a certificate of acceptability for their food services.
