Please remember that due to the event, road closures in the Green Point area will begin from Friday, March 15, 2024.
A stone’s throw away from the Carnival, Century City will be the stage for a breathtaking display of skill and bravado as 16 of the nation’s top spinners go head-to-head in the Red Bull Shay’ iMoto championship. This high-octane event demands drivers to navigate obstacles while performing dramatic spins in their vehicles. The event will launch at the Century City Steel Bridge E-Parking Facility at 18:00 on Saturday.
In the meantime, the Cape Town Surf Pro at Long Beach in Kommetjie will feature 50 top-tier senior surfers slicing through the waves on March 16 and 17, 2024. The Absa Cape Epic, the globe’s premier mountain bike stage race, is ready to embark on an eight-day journey from the scenic Lourensford Wine Estate on Sunday.
