The Presidential Employment Programme Empowers Cape Town’s Homeless

The Presidential Employment Programme (PEP): CBD Regeneration Project, supported by the National Treasury, has made significant progress in addressing the issue of homelessness in Cape Town. The project operates extensively across various areas, such as the CBD, Foreshore, Green Point, Sea Point, Camps Bay, Vredehoek, Observatory, Woodstock, Parow, Bellville, Durbanville, Kuils River, Muizenberg, Kenilworth, Philippi, and Strand.

Alleviating Homelessness
