The Rebirth of Senzo Meyiwa’s Murder Trial: New Beginnings and the Quest for Justice

The murder of Senzo Meyiwa, former Bafana Bafana captain, shocked South Africa and the world of football. Meyiwa was killed on 26 October 2014 at the home of his then-girlfriend, Kelly Khumalo, in Vosloorus, Gauteng in what was alleged to be a botched robbery.
