South African chef Mmbatho Molefe’s talent is showcased in Emazulwini’s seven-course set menu featuring authentic dishes such as chicken liver truffle, Ulimi noshatini, and Isijingi. The restaurant is open from Thursday to Saturday from 12pm to 10.30pm, and on Sunday from 12pm to 5pm. Bookings can be made on Dineplan, and the restaurant can be found at Makers Landing | The Cruise Terminal | Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town.
