The Route and Road Closures

The Absa Run Your City Cape Town 10K will kick off at Woodbridge Island in Milnerton, taking runners along the coastline on Marine Drive before looping onto the N1 ramp and heading into the bustling city bowl, ultimately finishing on Lower Long Street. To accommodate the festivities, several road closures will be in effect on May 13th and 14th, and motorists are advised to plan their trips accordingly.

Parking and Transportation

Ample parking will be available near the Grand Parade and finish area. Participants are encouraged to park their vehicles and take the MyCiTi buses to the starting point at Woodbridge Island, Milnerton. The first bus departs from the Grand Parade at 05:30, with the last bus leaving for Milnerton at 07:40.
