Deputy Ministers in the Presidency, Kenneth Morolong and Nomasonto Motaung, recently led a media tour in KwaZulu-Natal to showcase the progress of the South Africa Investment Projects (SA Invest) in the region. The tour aimed to highlight the commitments made during the fifth South Africa Investment Conference (SAIC) held in Johannesburg on April 13, 2023, which aimed to attract R1.2 trillion in investments over five years.

Investment Projects in KwaZulu-Natal

The media tour featured various investment projects, including the Serenity Hills Eco Estate and the Renishaw Coastal Precinct. These ventures are part of the 152 investment announcements made during various conferences over the past five years. As of now, 45 of these projects have been completed, while another 57 are under construction.
