A Life Rich in Love and Faith

Basil Murray’s life has been rich in love and faith. He and his late wife, Hester, shared an impressive 65 years of marriage and raised four children, welcoming seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Before becoming a pastor and trainer of missionaries, Basil spent most of his life as a sheep farmer in the Karoo region.

The Fish Hoek parkrun community lauds Murray as an inspiration to all. Brigitte Horne, the event’s spokeswoman, expresses pride in his achievements and extends heartfelt wishes for continued health and happiness.
