As more travelers seek authentic experiences and a deeper connection with the places they visit, the expo’s emphasis on community empowerment, environmental conservation, and innovative approaches to tourism will be crucial in meeting the evolving demands of the industry.

Fostering a Skilled and Passionate Workforce

The NTCE serves as a platform for young people to gain valuable insights, network with potential employers, and explore various careers within the tourism sector. Such opportunities are essential for fostering a skilled and passionate workforce that can drive the industry forward.
