Her passion for yoga started after the birth of her third child, as she found solace in yoga’s flowing movements and kinetic learning. Over time, her practice evolved and provided her with support during challenging periods, such as her son’s autism diagnosis.

Suzanne’s teaching style is a blend of Vinyasa, Iyengar, Forrest, and Synergy yoga, focusing on a slow, technical approach that fosters a connection between the body and mind. Her classes welcome individuals from all walks of life, regardless of their religious or spiritual beliefs.
