This emerging pattern challenges the conventional belief that hypertension mostly affects older individuals. However, with appropriate measures, this condition is entirely manageable.
The Wavescape Surf & Ocean Festival is a celebration of ocean culture, art, and environmental activism that recently took place in Cape Town.
