On Monday afternoon, a vehicle veered off the road on Chapman’s Peak Drive, a scenic coastal route with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean in Cape Town, South Africa. The accident caused the car’s only occupant, a 43yearold woman, to fall 180 meters down a steep slope.
