The Incident
Three armed assailants entered the jewellery store, brandishing a firearm and threatening the salesperson. The salesperson managed to break free and alert bystanders to the ongoing crime. The robbers quickly grabbed a variety of jewellery items and fled the scene in a white vehicle with two additional accomplices.

The Syntell camera group responded rapidly and authorities were able to track the perpetrators’ vehicle along the N12, heading towards Wolmaransstad. The Dr Kenneth Kaunda District Tactical Response Team (TRT) joined forces with Wolmaransstad police officers to intercept and apprehend the suspects, ensuring minimal loss for the business.
