Guardian Peak

Guardian Peak Winery & Grill is a wine farm that offers breathtaking views of the Stellenbosch Winelands, with a backdrop of Guardian Peak and Jonkershoek mountains. It’s an ideal destination for a relaxed wine-farm outing, with enviable surroundings that create a perfect environment for enjoying fine wines, bistro-style cuisine, and stunning views.

Autumn Menu at Guardian Peak Winery & Grill

The autumn menu at Guardian Peak is worth a visit. The chef, Willie Mostert, is getting creative with venison sourced from a small, family-run business, Cape Venison. Grilled venison and apricot conserve sosaties with Cape Malay curry yogurt stars on the starters menu, bobotie spring rolls, creamy seafood curry, butternut, and goat’s cheese risotto. Next, try the grilled venison loin with cauliflower purée, fried polenta, sherry-braised pearl onions, and sultana-and-hazelnut chutney for mains.
